i have a problem i disconnected my tors system now my banshee wont idle .and when it dose it is wide open what can i do?

i have a 2002 banshee it's piped and jetted with k&n filter .well the guys that did the jetting cut the idle control wires now itwont idle. so i spliced the wires back together and it seems stuck wide open. any one have any suggestions?
