I did that but i want the one that the stator cover part can be removed while the rest is still on the shee like this one.

I was just wondering who makes black billet stator covers for the shee?I like the one that a stator plate can be remove and you can remove the front sprocket while the stator cover is still on. Thanks for your help.

This maybe a dumb question but what is a maximum rpm in sixth gear on a stock banshee?

Ricky told me they can't do that because of thier larger magnets they put on.I'm just wondering if anybody has done this already?

So you're saying it can't be done?,magnet wise.

The BR8EIX is the best plug but i used a NGK B8EV back then,it was a bad ass plug,too bad they don't make them anymore .

I was wondering if a stock flywheel can be lightened and bigger magnets can be added so when idling at low rpms my lights can still be bright and also have a faster reving engine?

CadillacBanshee you wer're right i put a back sprocket on with two more teeth than stock and it ran like bat out of hell,Thanks.And the high idling, I just needed to adjust the idle screws thats it, and again thanks to all who help.

its not lean,i have a temperature gauge on my shee and it read 175 degrees.I was thinking it was my coil,maybe one side was going out then coming back on.Checked the coil and it was ok.I'll change the front sprocket and maybe the back one too.

This happen on flat ground on dirt tires.

I checked almost everything 1.wires 2.stator(was bad ,replaced it with a RS 200w set it at 3 degrees) 3.carburetor(stock carbs,no tors,took it part and cleaned it) 4.coil 5.spark plugs(put new ones) 6.airfilter(its clean) I started it,warmed it up and it idles good so i took it out and i hauled ass through all gears but on 6th gear while hauling ass it was bogg'in out but i still had the throttle open then it cleared out then it boggs again in 6th gear. when i stopped it was idling high but it wasn't hot.It does real good in 1,2,3,4,5 but in 6th gear it boggs.Whats up with this? First Banshee,you're saying that if i put silicone on the wires that the wires will not fall out of the coil?

I was thinking of putting some JB weld on them but maybe somebody here knows a better product to use.by the way the clip that holds the wires broke off.

I had an electrical problem with the shee so checked everything on it,it was the coil and the stator.I replaced the stator with a Rickystator 200watt and so i thought the coil was bad and i took the wires off to see if the wires had continuity .I thought to my self lets put the coil back on to see if it was good,I did and the shee came back to life.So my question is what do you guy put on the wires to keep them from coming loose and coming out from inside the coil?

I'm trying to get theses wire connectors(by the cdi) apart and i know they have the little lock thingys on them but they still won't come a part.What do you guys use to take the connectors a part without breaking them? Thanks for your help.

Does anybody know if my stator is shot? so i can buy a new one.

I checked out my stator with a ohmmeter (green & red wires) and the resistance read 26.1,is my stator shot?Thanks for your help.
