  1. Definatly go bigger on pilot for easier starting. Man those clamp ons change your jettting move a lot more air!!! I have ran as big as 380 main during summer. Jetting varies like attitudes every bodies is different. Sorry to say it but it is really a trial and error thing man no body is going to be able to tell you exactly what you need.
  2. Yo dude have ran t5 with clamp ons but with paul turner national port 35 pilots 360 to 380 mains depending on weather. Also dyna ignition may have affected it a little also?
  3. Sorry Bro but I guess I am a little slow that compression chart you are going off of where did you get it. If it is pro-designs it is not completely correct it will vary. You should also make sure your gauge is correct. Maybe check it with another one.
  4. Also just a thought. leak down on a two stroke ??? its only going to come out though the crank seals and if it bleeds by the rings??? Out the crank seals so I do not know where people are going with that???? rings or seals and if it needs one it probably needs the other
  5. Hey dude I am new here and probably going to get bashed but your compression should not be lower when warm than cold. Should be higher warm than cold or no differance. Higher warm would tell me warn rings or topend
