thanks sparky. I purchased the gear set off e-bay and should have took a look at the individual gears before installing. I will replace those parts tomm. and let you know what happens. Thanks again.

I am having trouble with my banshees transmission. It will not stay in second gear while accelerating. It pops out of second and makes a ratchetting noise. I have changed the gears,shift forks,and the shift drum. I can not find any apparent reason for this. If anyone has had a similar problem I would appreciate any advice. Thanks

have replaced gears drum and forks but trans will not hold second gear under power it pops and ratcetts first third and on is fine im running out of hair to pull any ideas would be greatly appreciated thanks

i had heard from others how good ohtons service was and recommended him to a good friend,this was his first time for purchasing performance parts. he ordered and paid for cub cyls pistons and assoc. hardware and gaskets,this was the first of last week and he made it clear to charlie that he would need these asap as there was already a trip planned for this weekend anyway the cyls showed up within 2 days just the cyls nothing else my friend has repeatedly tried to reach charlie by cell and at his shop monday a person at the shop did answer and tell my friend that they were already shipped but would give no info on the carrier or supply a trcing no, sorry for the book just would like to resolve this was really looking forward to racing my friend with his new cubs

was advised to use 10-50 mobile one full synthetic, i have one trip to smnv on each banshee and didnt have a problem does anyone else run this oil and have you had any problems with it

was at sand mountain nev last weekend and one of the guys in our group had a new raptor with a pipe(only mod) it was desroying all piped banshees that it raced up the hill i have never been a fan of the raptor but this new one is strong also saw it beat a couple of piped 450's

jetting is dead on, using yamalube same as in our other two strokes the smoking is bad at start up when cold cleans out but it still smokes more than any other bike in our group all the other bikes seam to stop smoking but this one doesnt

engine does not have that many hours, smokes like crazy when started cold and even after its hot you can still find it in a crowd any ideas why this is happening engine is a 4mil has 34 mm carbs t5 pipes and a dune type port thanks

i have a 4 mil,using stock cyls with head cut to accept the longer stroke. do you still have to use a cut cyl head with the cub cyls? thanks

i have a friend who is having trouble keeping the screws in that hold the reeds in place. they back out and desroy the reeds within minutes. i was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. thanks

have you been to atwater yet, ive been wanting ot go check it out ,if the weather would get stay clear long enough for them to get their sand drag area ready, supposed to have a few good atv tracks also

was there last weekend , the bowl still had a little snow in it, sand was very wet and very ruff on front side if your runnin paddles air them up good my banshee got way to much traction had to gear down was a lot of snow on the trail that goes east . temps will be in the 40 s good ridin in the mid of the day
