Do the 1987-90 calipers mount the same to the spindle as the newer ones? I was thinkin about gettin new style calipers for my 87. Wondering if i needed to get new spindles to do that.

I have FMF Fatty's with a jet kit and Boyesin Reeds and a K&N Filter. I was thinkin about gettin some porting work done and other stuff. I want to get a good increase in power but i dont wanan spend a lot of money. I was thinkin 28mm carbs, porting and Vito's power pistons and a Cool Head. Just wonder what you guys thought and if theres anything else i should do. I did a winter rebuild and i didnt touch the motor except for the mods above. So thats all fine i just wanna focus on the motor. Thanks

i bought some rims from him and he took his sweet time shipping but thats the only problem i had

how much is the porting from passion and what all do you have to do to the motor? like piston wise. adding a clutch? jst curisous. thanks

I know you said you balanced the rims but are one of the rims bent? Mine were bent up front and the front end would jump up and down in 6th.

Okay i just put my 4 wheeler back together and its an 87 and i put stainless steel lines on it and put the master cyclinder on and we start bleeding the brakes.....2 horus later we are still doign it and its not getting stiffer at all. Fluid is coming out of the bleeder. should it be gettin stiffer now or should i keep going? if you guys have any tips or tricks let me know thanks!

its a Vortec............that should say enough. THose things are good for over 250,000. and its 8600. my friend has owned it for 9 months and an old guy owned before him. so that says something.

My friend has a 1997 1500 Z71 and it has 116,000 miles. Its in great condition its loaded out the ass and his has dual exhaust long bed regular cab. grean and rubber floor power everything and is the vortec 350 and has a tool box. But anyways i was thinking about gettin it. is 116,000 a lot for that kinda truck year and stuff? I dont htink so because they are trucks and are meant to be driven. just wanted some other opinions. my parents think its a lot but i've 2000 1500's with 150K Thanks!

Mine sit at 44" too and i have Works Dual Rate Shocks and Douglas .190 and Fast Trekkers also. But mine are Alba Pro Comp +2+1.

Im a member of EXRiders.com and they have a project 400EX. Its pretty sweet. We should get Project Banshee together and document it. And use popular parts and stuff. Just a suggestion i think it owuld be pretty sweet.

Isn't the pipe the rev limiter for the 2 stroke? I think i heard somewhere that the motor will only rev to what the pipe will let it. But correct me with im wrong.

I have Titan Fast Trekker Fronts 21x7x10 and they have 98% thread left. I dont reall like them or the way they look so if anyone has some front tires that have good tread but arnt stock that wanna trade let me know. Thanks

i have about 5000 into mine including the price for mine. once this winter rebuild is done im done spending money on it for awhile. Time to spend it on something else maybe a bigger truck to haul the shee around so i can look twice as cool haha.

Does alba even sell parts for Cannondale? I know they are out of business but i just checked their site and i couldn't find any parts for them. If im wrong let me know. Oh by the way. My blaster got bumped to 700cc so ill definately be able to smoke your ass.

I have a complete airbox with a outerwear in the lid 1 inch round filter in the side i think 12 in all and a UNI Airfilter Stock foot pegs freshly painted silver One tie rod with ends two tie rods with no ends Rear Skidplate in okay condition

well i orderd a buncha stuff from them and got it in 3 days so i have had no problems with them.

I got front plastic from Maier the Radiator Cover, Gas Tank Cover, and Front Fender. They dont fit worth crap. What did you guys do if you had this problem any pics would be nice too. Thanks

1987 Banshee Stock Rims. They were yellow and stripped all the paint off. Have brand new Fast Trekkers on the front 21x7x10. And Maxxis Razr 20x11x9. Tires are in great condition. Make me an offer. Thanks alot. Trades considered.

I put 3/8" reeds spacers on and wonder how i will get my carbs in the boots what do i have to do because i have no clue what to do. Do i need to get the clamps on and will work. I live in illinois and ride around here so let me know thanks.

how do i mount the carbs now the the bopot is moved back 3/8"? Thanks

I just got some reed spacers and they gave my 2 gaskets one for the spacers and the intake port and then one for the spacer and reed valve. Do i need one of the Intake boot too? Or do i just put some sealant on there and put it on thanks!!
