I'm checking my compression, and I guess I have an air leak because it goes up to 30 then back down to zero. Would having my carbs on or off make a difference?

I have a 96 shee with vito's ss pistons, Trinity stage IV pro head, 21cc domes, Trinity 35mm CV carb kit, Toomey t5 pipes, K&N air filter open air box, Hinson clutch. I was thinking of having my jugs MX ported or buy V force reeds or is there something else I should do? I have $500 that I'm looking to invest into it that will make the most significant difference.

I bought vito's ss pistons a month ago and I love them. -
I just bought a trinity stage IV pro head, and the place had either 19cc domes and 21cc dome. I'm right At sea level and running 94 octane, should I go back and buy the 21cc domes?

I have a 1996 banshee that I just bought Toomey t5 pipes, Trinity 2 to 1 35mm carb, trinity stage IV pro head, 19cc domes, vito's ss pistons, K&N air filter kit. For my set up what would be the best octane of gas to run through it, and should I 21cc dome for at sea level riding with pump 94 octane?

I had the top end rebuilt and now, when I start it up and drive it around, I get a lot of heavy, white exhaust coming out of the left silencer. While the right one smokes the normal amount. Does anyone have a suggestion?
