Slow And One Pipe Smoking

It was wierd because it was running fine then I stopped riding it for a month then go to ride it then this problem occured. The plugs where two diffrent colors. Is that bad? -
I have a 2001 banshee. When I am riding it both pipes smoke but the right one smokes more. And the right pipe is hot and the left is only warm. Also its is running pretty slow. I put new gas in it and it helped it a little bit but not much. PLEASE I NEED HELP.
