I'd get a coolhead w/ some 18-21cc domes depending on what kinda gas you want to run and all that. Reeds would be a descent choice, but I'd go for a port job asap..that was the best bang for the buck I had on my banshee..it's totally different

You're gonna need porting in my opinion. I sold my bike, but here's a run down of what it had cool head w/ 18cc domes toomey t5s v force II reeds Patriot Hot Dune Porting Wiseco pro lite top end +4 swingarm Hot Rod Crank Probably missing some stuff though but anyways..my buddy has an 01 raptor w/ a pro circuit full pipe and a filter w/ all the a arms shocks durablue axle....etc etc. On sand, I walked him pretty good On pavement w/ light gravel on top..he could hang w/ me up til 2nd gear..then i was gone...but he didn't have a big bore and cam which helps alot. I'd say since your motor is toast, get it ported and a fresh rebuild and you'll have no problem

All I know is if you have a high HP machine..or even a banshee w/ basic mods and porting get the SKAT TRAK Extreme Haulers in size 21x10x8 I believe.....but the key is the 8 inch rim..I went from hauler 10 inch rims to the 8s and gained about 2-3 bike lengths on my buddies..they're SOO much lighter and dig real well. I recommend the extremes also because the paddle is stiffer and more durable..I was ripping the hell outta a set of regular haulers the first dune trip

All I can say is..if you have a question ASK IT..there are people on here that know more about this stuff then they probably should but that's a good thing. I bought my first two stroke..it was a banshee and through this site and a clymers manual, I took it down to the frame, TOTALLY took apart the motor, upgraded parts, and saved alot of money and time by the people's advice. I also made quite a bit off old parts on here..it's a very good resource for any rider, and even better when something is not right or broken on your bike.

Dude a 440 liquid snowmobile motor only has 90 hp MAX on a NEW HIGH OUTPUT LIQUID COOLED MOTOR That thing being old and fan cooled..you're lucky w/ 60 horses

NYUK, in the 10's woudl be OVER 125 mph..how does it feel at that speed Would it be to risky and would you have to run 1/8 mile?

That's exactly what I said boonman. It's a ski pooooop motor I had an f7, 140 hp out the box..but that's not even in a class NEAR the 583. It has pipes and clutching it appears..it may have around 100 actually who knows

I'm considering buying one used..it looks good in the pics anything I should be worried about also what would a 583 (100 hp roughly) run in the 1/4 mile..that's what I wanna use it for.
