Seems to me that after 2 kicks the kicker has spun around too much to kick anymore?

Hey im lookin for mostly all shee parts aftermarket. the 80 has new piston bored and honed already fresh crank bearings everything is there but its all apart. I bought it this way and cant get anyone to put it together and i dont have the know how. So if someone is looking for a project im looking for parts. thanks
