you need to get incontact with those states and see what they got.. I think it cost a few bucks they can do a search.. if the title is clear you should be able to get a lost title thru your state...

got one half of my front end almost done!! If I would get off my ass and get out there I should have the new arms done today... After getting the bolts and sleeve out I noticed that the bearing race on the nut side had become lodged in the swinger housing, was hard to tell until I went to install the new bearing and I thought the bearing was to big... Not having enough left on the outer race to beat it out I had to grind it.. I grinded it down in just one spot on the race after awhile once the metal is paper then you'll start to see where it grinds thru to the swinger housing try not to grind there anymore just move up alittle. you'll finally start to see a hair line crack and once you have it all the way across it will snap. Taking a small screwdriver you can pry it alway from the housing and it will come out.. you can see here where I barely grinded on the housing, cleaned it up somemore and it's ready! old vs. new Grease the bearing the housing everything.. the next time the pivot bearing goes out I am gonna need a new swingarm mine is starting to show stress with age and abuse!!
