  1. They were supposed to be .020" over standard power pistons. They sent me .040" so that was wrong. I just had it bored to those pistons and installed them anyway. Now that I have it together I noticed that. That's not right is it.
  2. I just rebuilt my top end with Vito's power pistons. As I look in the intake and roll the engine over by hand I noticed that the windows in the pistons only get about 2/3rds exposed. Is this right?? I had it running and it seems ok but I haven't ridden it yet. Something dosen't seem right here. Help!
  3. I have shipped several plastics. The size of the box is what screws you on the cost. It makes a big difference where it goes also. I shipped all of my purple and yellow plastic for $25. On the other hand I shipped just a rear for almost $40. It varies a lot but that dosen't sound out of line at all.

    1/4 Time

yes ive got got stock cylinders no cheetah or t-rex. i never said anything bout the inside of it being stock. i think u need to read the post a little bit more thorough before u go shooting off at the mouth. and if u dont believe the times my man maybe ill just have to send u a time slip and some video. thank u have a nice day. Lets see some digital video of these runs!
  5. It's called MATH
  6. I use 100:1 mixed at 85:1. Just use the scale on the back of the bottle to mix it. When you fill your gas can get exactly 1,2,or 5 gals. or whatever then mix according to the scale on the back. The cost is very reasonable and well worth it. even if it cost twice as much the cost would be the same since you are using half as much as any other brand to do the same job!
  7. I have one for you guys. I plan on milling my head .030". I haven't checked the "before" compression yet but I am going to before I do anything so I can check the results. My question is how do I know that my head hasn't already been milled?? I have heard on here that you shouldn't remove more that .030" otherwise you will mess up the squish. So lets say that .010" has already been removed in the past. I take the head off and have .030" milled off. That is a total of .040" which is too much. Is there any way to tell if it has ever been milled or resurfaced??? I know the "before" compression check can give me an idea but how can you be sure???
  8. I have two of them. One on my Banshee and I was going to put one on my 350X also. They look pretty good and it fit good. They are on the dim side, though.
  9. Has anybody used a Vito's clutch kit?? It is quite a bit cheaper than the others. Or should I just spend the extra money and get a Barnett or EBC?? What is the best clutch for all around riding, mostly trails/woods. I want something that won't slip when I hammer it on the road!
  10. So is Boonman the one that does the mods?? Where and when can I send the parts for the work?? How much total cost???
  11. Did you know that avation fuel is rated with a different method than automotive or race fuel?? Most people don't know this but 100 octane avation fuel is actually equal to approx. 85 octane automotive fuel. Plus the specific gravity is different and an engine that is jetted properly on automotive fuel will run leaner with avation fuel.
  12. I have a 95 Banshee with DG pipes (junk and hopefully soon to be gone to make way for Toomey T-5's) a Trinity 2 into 1 carb kit with unknown jetting and a K&N filter. I want to do some more mods to it. Can you just remove the head and have it milled?? How muchshould it be milled?? I can and will run octane booster if needed. I heard that the shape of the combustion chambers is important so if you just mill a stock head you'd be changing the shape/dimensions. Is this true?? What other cheap and easy mods can I do. Timing advance key??
