I think a bike like mine would be great for you, im about your size and weight but im not quite 15. I've only been riding for 1 1/2 years but every body knows me as the driver because i have hopped on modded 'Shees and taken them up to top speed on my road, i have also ridden two older 250's but my bike is very bad ass and it hauls me around like theres nothing on the bike. The first day i rode it, Sunday, i was touching the gas and in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, it will go over with less than a half throttle, im speaking from experience and its scary and i put it in 4th. and nailed the gas and the front end started coming up slowly and i let off after i was going like 70mph with the front end 6 inches off the ground. I also got the front to come up in 5th. And i shot some sick rooster tails of rocks at the Banshee i was racing Sunday. Nothing can keep up with my bike. IMO, a 500 2 stroke is just too much power unless you hill climb or drag.

Hey buddy, I have a 2001 Yamaha YZ 250 with several tricked out parts... check my sig below for the list that i bought for $2600. Yes, 250 two strokes are very fast, mine is pretty damn deadly too and the other day i almost flipped over in 3rd. and my front end comes up in 4th. no problem so yes they are very dangerous and you should test one first to make sure that you can handle it, it will haul you around, im just turning 15/ 5'9"/ 140 and i dont even think that the bike sences my weight. The rear tire will lose traction and you will have to counter steer in any gear if yours is as fast as mine. Mine is good in the woods as long as you keep it out of the power band but it is a little scary for hard packed surfaces, so keep your foot by the rear brake! No, 250's dont make double the power of a 125 but they do make alot more. Stock for 2004 a 125 is like 32 horse power and a stock 250 is like 47 horse power. If you only ride a Banshee in 3rd. and 4th. dont get a 250 unless you are going to use the power, you might kill your self! I raced a 2002 'Shee w/ FMF Fatties & Power Core2 silencers, K&N filter, 280 Jets, Boost Bottle, and Oversized spider trac rear tire and i beat him by 10 bike lengths and he couldnt reach my top speed. He was a good rider too. I would recommend a 125 at the most if your not gonna be WOT on it all of the time.

Ummm buddy, just cause im young doesnt mean that im scared to use the power, im a little crazy when it comes to riding. Look at my sig and pull your head out of your ass. And im not sme gay retarded kid thats all talk and no show, i hate people like that and their ignorence. All that i hear in school is how there Banshee with a FMF exhaust goes 140MPH, i hate listening to their s**t.

What would have to be done to a Banshee to beat a 2001 Yamaha YZ250, the bike has been ported and polished, FMF SST pipes w/ Shorty silencer, V Force reed cage, added weight to the flywheel, and a new top end. The bike has the stock gearing i think. What kind of banshee would keep up in a race in a straight line? Thanks, Later.

I work for this guy that owns a demolition business and we were on a job all day so he took us out to lunch at hooters and made an ass out of me in front of the hottest girl there. The time before that when we went he got in an arguement with this other guy that came with us about what the rash on the guys hand was(the guy that took us said it was dead skin and the guy that had it said that it was from being in a meth lab) lol the guy is psycotic... so the guy that took us there called the waitress over and told her the story and she said it looked like dead skin and then the guy that took us told the waitress that the guy with the rash wanted to know because he had to drive him to the hospital the day before because he had the same rash on his pecker but it was so funny and needless to say that guy never came with us again. But please, post some comebacks that i can use on him the next time we go to hooters. Thanks

im still 14 and was when i started driving Banshees and that was the first time i drove a quad. You shouldnt have any problems managing the power, just do what i did and wheelie her a little in 1st. 2nd. and 3rd. goin down my paved street then just keep the gas pegged while shifting to 4th 5th and all the way through 6th. What a rush

Thanks for taking the time to reply to my topic. Why do most people choose the Toomy T5's over the T6's? Isn't the T6 supposed to be the most powerful pipe or are the T5's better pipes?

No, i totally know what your saying man, there are Banshee's out there that are ported and have tens of thousands of dollars into them and thats not nearly what i expect. Im sorry that i didnt clarify my question better, but i meant that i want my Banshee to go faster than my buddies Banshee and he has FMF Fatty w/ Power Core 2 silencers, K&N Air Filter, and Jetting. I dont expect any where near a drag Banshee or hill climber. I dont wanna get wild with it, I just wanted to know if anybody could give me an idea of what kind of aftermarket head or domes that i could run 93 octane gas with just to edge out my buddies Banshees this summer. So there must be a seat of the pants 'SOTP' difference with that noss head. How much power is that supposed to add with those domes and what kind of jets are you running if you dont mind me asking?

Wats up every one? I have been looking at buying a 2004 RM 125 but I really want a 2004 Alba Action Banshee for this summer. The reason why I am posting this is because I want some of your opinions and you guys know every thing about these Banshees. My buddies have 2002 Banshees with air filter, FMF Fatty pipes w/ powercore 2 silencers and they have jets obviously, im not sure what jets ( I could have sworn that he said 260 or 280 ) What kind of hp are my buddies puttin out w/ the mods listed above ? But any ways I might order a Banshee from Alba and i want mine to top every body elses. I would like to know what you guys would recommend for pipes, i was thinking Toomy T6's, jetting, and maybe a cool head. What kind of hp are my buddies puttin out w/ the mods listed above But I want to shoot for a little more power than my buddies have, i would say around 50 hp at the wheels but i wanna be able to have it drivable. I want to know what you would recommend that i could order one with right from Alba. I will be financing it, and i dont look to spend more than 8500 including transportation to CT. Thanks Alot! Rob

I am only 14 and not working yet. When I start at 15 or so I am going to work for my dad. He installs Heating and Air Conditioning in residential and businesses. In our free time we will be riding Banshees hopefully and screwing around modding his Power Stroke when my dad orders some parts for it sometime.

A stock Banshee was tested in a book that I had. It did 80 +/- a few mph. Much faster than any Blaster I know of. They are sick. :twisted: What do you ride now?
