Has anybody used the flex brush with little balls on it? I think i'm bout to use one of those instead of the 3 stone tool.

Ok I got the 3 stone honing tool shaped like a tripod. Is this what everybody uses on banshee cylinders? So I need to put some cutting oil on the stones, stick the tool inside the cylinder, then let it go so that it opens against the cylinders, then run the drill about half speed and go in and out till its smooth and has a crosshatch look? Somebody let me know if this is correct before I do this today, thanks!

yea i got new std piston rings coming from magic racing.

Hey I had the same problem, I could only shift into first and netural. I tore the engine down and found out lastnight that one of the gears would not slide into place. I pulled the gears off till i got to the bad one and found out the shaft it slides on a 2 little marks which made it get caught. I pulled that gear off and sanded everything back down and now all gears are working.

Ok i'm going to hone my cylinders, because the stock bore still looks good. What kind of honing tool do I need? I have seen a tripod looking one and a brush looking one with lil balls on it. After I get the tool, how do I go about honing the cylinders? I want to get some input before I do this and mess something up. Let me know something, thanks!

I went riddin friday, and my banshee got stuck in 1st gear. You can shift it up but it only goes into neutral. I have seen on another post up here about maybe a bent shift fork, but where are the shift forks and how do I get to them. Someone please let me know asap, thanks!

My '01 banshee has done that twice, but it was because of a fouled spark plug on the left side. All I done was replace the spark plug and it fired right back up with no problems at all.

I use mothers on all metal parts, does really good.

I just put a fmf graphics kit on my banshee, and the seat cover is a real headache to put on.

Got mine yesterday. Good quality grill at an very good price! Hope he has more deals like this again.
