.010 is 350 and .100 is 382.
This is the totally wrong way of going "big bore" if thats what you were thinking(not trying to dis you or anything) but I have seen guys go this route because their machinist friend said it would be ok.
man same thing happened to me a while back, tore it down and found nothing wrong with clutch and all of its componets. put it back together and checked my oil and the ho had low oil from the begining((i tipped it on its side while checking clutch so no oil would drip out). For me it was my oil level.

is there a fucking check list somewhere that says a bike is race ready when it has x number of mods. Hell I have seen bone stock bikes racing mx so therefore anything is race ready

they arent making them at all becuase there is too much red tape to go through. Its not as easy or cheap as you think it is. If it was you would see a million of them on the streets and some off the wall company making big bucks off of it.

i dont understand what your saying? A 2 stroke isnt a "2 stroke" because of the gas it uses and same for a 4 stroke. Why would you put premixed gas into a 4 stroke engine? It would be like adding water to your gas tank of your car
can you take a picture of the wires and how you have it spliced. I can h elp you but its hard to explain without pictures of your actual wires. Just seems like you have your wires crossed
