I cant really put to much say into this because im on the west coast but over here that banshee would sell for $600 like that, just a frame with a title alone sells for $300. Strip it all down sell just the frame wth title and you just got yourself free wheels and a few extra parts for ebay or yourself.

This will be a sand only banshee, the paddles will never come off. I have other banshees for dirt.

Building a dune bike but i also wanted to use it for trail riding through the dunes not just drag racing, How does the length affect trail riding? I wanted to put some decent power in this build so I was thinking a +6 or should i do a +4?

Also could you elaborate more on the Alloy? What kind of alloy do you mean? Alloy comes in different metals. Polished Stainless steel looks to be the best bet and cheapest.

Just wanted to check here first before ebay gets my $$$ Building a new shee, looking for a full bolt kit from front to rear in a nice SS polish.

I live an hour north of Sacramento, i picked both these up in the Reno nevada area 2.5hour drive for me... Both bikes were originally bought in California so they do have CA titles. I also just picked up bansheehq member Grey's candy blue frame this morning, gonna turn that one into my sand bike, never had 3 banshee's before kinda exciting or guess i only own 2 and 1/2 lol

In California you would list it for $2500 but probably sell for $2000

I stole these banshee's for only $2700!! Blue one is a 2005 that i snagged for $1400 with paddles and dirt tires, the other is a 1999 that i got for $1300 both start first kick and rip! Great find if you ask me....

Yes oil = brake fluid its an oil based fluid is it not? Fluid flows to the cylinder just fine from the ressy but when the line that goes to the caliper is removed from cylinder and I apply pressure to the rod no fluid comes out of the bolt hole im guessing thats an easy way to tell it needs a rebuild? Just curious for my own knowledge

My rear brakes dont work so i picked up a used rear master cylinder off someone on here and it still wont work... I removed the line coming from the cylinder going to rear pads and no oil comes out when the rod is compressed and fluid is full. Shouldn't it be leaking out??
