i have used a jack many times and it works great, and you are not making the frame weak by heating it,
i use some different length 2x4 and a 2 ton car floor jack it hard to deal with but works, if you look at it from the side i bet you it is bent right at the flat triangle brace on the frame connect tie downs in front of that point remove cdi and jack it up from the flat part of the frame or one side.
i use a a tie down ad a telephone pole to pull out the front steering loop. wrap it aroun connect it ratchet it and then use body weight.
got to use what you got on hand

looks real trick who makes it where did you find them at and how much, can you get just the carbon pieces

I would not heat it you can but i would not....
I use tie downs and a floor or bottle jack tie the swinger to the frame and place the jack between the frame and swinger and slowly push it back into place you can make small moves to it this way.

wow sorry to hear nothing but satidfied with mine.
They did replace it free right better than any other lever co out there, if you are not happy and dont get a response let me know i will run it down there and see what i can do they are only 10 min away i have been there and they treated me nothing but nice even threw me a free boot.
i have herd the repos selling on ebay where nice..

i agree i wish ims would have used a darker grill surround to show the tank off better blends in with the grill.. im on the fence of a new tank as well 4 gallon

great pic thank i should have no issues with the ims pegs then.
The ims pegs front edge is farther back than the back edge of my double pegs i made, thanks again just trying to plan everything out for the new motor

got ya justin thats what i have been hearing .. got the race pegs had to return the regular ones all the way to san bernadino on mon but got the rae ones the flange is super small compared to the ctock pegs wher it meats the frame and they are set way thehell back i will try and get some pics up.

any one have problems with the pegs hitting with the lock up from direct drive,
i also just got the ims race pegs lowered and set back anyone running this combo

i have both off an 03 50 and shipping,make an offer they have the guards cut out very cleanly cant tell they ever had them.

nice meeting up with justin and the others,
picked up the ims pegs for 140, then had to drive to the 909 or im sorry the 951 to pick up the race versions lowered and set back, they are not making them any more only stock on hand so if you want them get them,
also a pro amor kill swich 25 with the extra wrist strap not bad.
people watching is half the reason i go..

i have a set off an 03 very very clean tors removed idle screws installed, have a brand new thumb throttle cable or a used in great condition twist, 150.oo i can send ya pics, check the carb slides on used carbs you buy to see wear, a friend of mine bought a set of ebay and the screws where stripped missing jets and the slides where worn bad.

went fri night going today and tom aswell, its all rhino shit 80% baja design has some new lights out sick hid or halogen,, bar mount nice set up other than that all the same stuff some new paddles on the market sand gear front are like sand stars rear are a new design diferent,

could be the pilot, jet to big or small how hard does it start,
i would start easy and adjust the air screw on the side of the card some where it may have a brass plug over it if so drill a small hole not to deep and thread a srew in it and pull it out with pliers then you can adjust,
every little quad i have worked on has carb tuning issues from the factory,
i work on 4 of my buddies raptor 50 and 80 and every time its the pilot clogged it is so small it dont take much every outing its clogged i tell them to leave the gas on to help but they dont. you may have the same thing try that first. remove the pilot and spray it out make sure you can see day light through it, once again very small hole like a human hair or some thing.

just the fronts are cut on the plastics if so

i have seen it at hit touches,, evil has one just like the red tank pic not bad just touches and like he said pushes on it a little the blue tank is the 4 gallon .
just looking for more shots and how it fit the grill and such, mair fit too ans clear but i am not going to run out and by them because i know they fit like shit

ims has two sizes the 4 gallon and the 5.6 i think the 5.6 has the hitting issues.. i am in the market also any more pics of the 4 gallon installed from different angles. how well did it mount up to the grill and such.

i will be there window shoping aswell all three days just cant take it all in in one..
building a new mill so all the money is going there but we shall see im sure i wont leve empty handed

we canp at the washes 15 deep on banshees and a couple of 4 chokes we camp at wash 4
we will be there on every big holiday and a couple of overniters in between, post up when it gets closer
