Hi, I am selling my 2003 banshee, I bought some tooling for my shop and i have to part with it unfortunately... I bought it new in 2003 and immediately put the mods on it... The mods include: Pro designs cool head 21 cc domes.. v-force reeds fatty pipes with power core 2 silencers (the ones with the spark arestors in) k&n filter, snorkol removed jetting = 320 mains 32.5 pilots, 2nd place on needle clip position 10/22/12.5 itp spider tracs on 10"itp rims... Adjustuble timming advance set at +5... extras include a set of 20x11x8 Kings turbo Paddles (8 Padles used one time) on douglas rims... also can throw in a set of alluminum ramps for your truck if interested... It Has very few hours... I only bought to ride with my younger cousins.. It is in very good shape I garantee you wont find a cleaner one for this price... Asking only $3800.00.. right now i have the stock front tires on my shee and am looking into upgrading to a better tire for the front... On the rear i have spider tracs 21.5... Does any one have any ideas on what would be a good rim and tire combo for the fronts that will work in dirt, sand and trail use? Appreciate the help.....

I am using the power core 2 silencers on by banshee now... Was wondering if they make any other silencers that work with the fatty pipes maybe with different sound tones... Im looking for a little bit more bark out of the sound and was willing to try others... Has anyone tried different silencers with the fatty pipes with a different sound they liked or prefered?

Ricky stator said that they dont offer that yet..... sometime in the future though.....

i am just wondering does any one know if they sell or offer already lightend flywheels....? I know Boonman can perform these services for a cost but i was just wondering if some one sells the whole piece... Like a performance shop, ect...

you have to tighten it real well, put some arm into it.... Mine never loosens and its all stock in the back and i ride it hard.....

i dont care if the 450 wins or what you cant replace the sound of the screaming banshee to the yfz450... The banshee wins no matter what in my eyes because there is no way to duplicate the one of a kind sound of the banshee..... So to me the yfz450 always looses

I see alot of +4, or +5 timing advancing for mods for banshees on this site, what is the benifit of advancing the timing? does it help low end but take away high end torque? would a +4 help me with these mods....it has the usaul mods like fmf fattys, v-force reeds,k&n filter snorkel removed , cool head with 21cc domes and im getting 151 psi cranking compression with them at my elevation... jetting dead on... Hey, you guys are great... always helpful.. i did all my mods on my banshee from reading on this site!!.... this site couldnt be better for the people to get heads up info on what they love to do.... After all the reading and that on a sand tire i think i am going to run with the 20/10/8 8 paddle by sand king turbo paddle.... I,ve read some pretty good reviews on these and for the cost i am going to get them.... from Jims sand toys.... i wanted to go with the taller tire but i was advised not to with the stock swing arm because the fact that it would tend to wheelie to much.... i will run these for now untill i go and remod with a +4 swingarm then i will run the 22/11/8 9 paddle.... Im wanting to buy a set of rear paddle tires for my Banshee.. it has the usaul mods like fmf fattys, v-force reeds,k&n filter snorkel removed , cool head with 21cc domes and im getting 151 psi cranking compresion with them at my elevation... jetting dead on... Im wanting to make a one time purchase and be happy... i like to drag race, Jump and hill climb with it mostly.. drag racing 80% of the time though.... I want a tire that can hook right up and get me out of the hole and still give me some fun when i want to play around on the hills..... tried sand geckos last year and i think the sucked lots of spinning... Im kinda leaning towards the extreme haulers or haulers or the ripper ... dont know what size though....wondering if i can run a 22" tall with out no problems....Price isnt really a concern just want to be happy and not make the wrong decission.... Any help would be much appreciated....... Scott
