I've got a tip. Break the tops off of 2 old plugs (just to make them shorter). Get a big washer thats larger than the hole in the top of the head. Put the washer on the spark plug and thread them into the head. That way it keeps everything together and you dont have the tops of the plugs in your way. Once you get it installed in place, take those plugs out, and put your new ones in.

Ya I here ya. Looks like I will no longer need those instructions anymore once I get it ported. While were on that topic.... What jets should I start w/ once I get it all put back together? Im doing the Race Logic porting. My current mods are: K&N (no snorkle) T5's Cool Head (22cc domes) V-Force Reeds (not installed yet) About to do +4 on the timing (not installed yet either) I think thats it. Any help would be great!

I went w/ what Tommey recomended for sea level. Checked my plugs and everything is good. No time bomb here But ya, Im sure I will have to go up once the porting is done.

Im glad I found this topic!! Im having issuses w/ my Muscle one from Majic Racing! I noticed that the spacers that they supply you with will not fit. They give you 2 metal spacers and they tell you to put them in between the lower radiator mounts. Well I tried that and I can't seem to make them fit. Due to the fact that if I put them behind the rad. moutnts then the stock bolts are to short. Not to mention, if I put the mounts in place w/ out bolting them up, I can only get one side on because the radiator hits my brake lines. Whats goin on w/ this thing? Anyone else have probs w/ the spacers? Also, they give you 2 nuts to tighten it up to the frame and I talked to the comp. that makes it and they say use 1 nut on each side. Well the nuts will only go on the bolt one way. But they act like they want you to put one nut on the bolt backwards and then put the bolt through the frame hole and then snug down the other nut. But like I said, they only go on one way. So Im really confused here.
