I think someone has a repair manual pinned on here. More to it than I could type, and wouldn't want to leave any important steps out. Biggest thing is to diagnose what caused the burn down so it doesn't just do it again.

Just get a manual. Best tool you could have for fixing your bike. I tried to get along without it and It is hard.

You can download the Shop manual on the Repairs/Mods section. It's pinned I do believe...

Good luck man!

Remove everything in the way to access the top end. Tank, pipes, plastic, carbs, reeds.

10 nuts hold the head in place, loosen them up a bit at a time in their numbered order & remove along with the gasket. 4 nuts hold each cylinder down, loosen a bit at a time as well and remove. So off comes cylinders. You'll see the rods holding up the pistons. Remove the two circlips on each piston, pushe\ the wristpins out and out come the pistons. A bearing sits in the rod, remove it and you're done with the removal. Reverse the process to assemble but torque all those nuts in incriments of 5lbs up to 20lbs.. I actually give it another squeeze after 20 and another squeeze after breakin. Now get to wrenchin and go ride

It's an easy process! Here's my daughter helping me rebuild her Blaster & having fun with it!
