Im finally getting around to installing my +4 arm I recieved back when things went wrong! Well anyway I took my old arm off and there was not a washer, seal, or a dust cover on the chain side. Is it common to leave the dust cover off when you have a aftermarket chain slider on it? Cause I tried the dust cover from other side and it does not fit in the slider to seat against seal, washer and bearings. It looks like with the slider on and seal and washer that it would seal pretty good, what do think, should I go ahead and get a new dust cover and make it fit in there? Im getting a new slider not sure what brand yet and it sucks having to order and wait on the dust cover to come in. Never know what your going to find on a pre owned quad, heres some pics so far.

how much did that thief charge you by the way?

It was like $200 and yea I didn't like the way that all went down with the rest of the guys on here but I did recieve mine. He did short me the chain rollers, but thanks to the crew for keeping the post going Im hoping everyone has been taken care of. Anyway I called the # on the on going post and they sent them to me, got them last week.
