Thanks You might have to go with a honda rear sprocket hub..I think you can get a 38 in that. Or get higher ratio primary gears. Quote
docjcwatson Posted July 19, 2008 Author Report Posted July 19, 2008 Higher primary gears is something I will be looking into shortly. I just want to see if this setup gets me to where I need to be in the 1/8th mile. Any suggestions on what sprockets I should start out with? This is what I will be running; 14mil Cheetah with a 73 bore 41 Mikuni alky 1-5 override 20" American Racers on a 10" rim All the other important stuff is in my sig. Total race weight should be under 280lbs. Thanks for the help. Quote

docjcwatson Posted July 23, 2008 Author Report Posted July 23, 2008 Thanks for all the help guys! But Just so everybody knows. Sprocket Specialists Have everything for a 1987-1988 Banshee, to include 11-19 fronts and 37-74 rears. They also have 11-19 fronts and 38-74 rears for the 1989-2004 models. Their chart on their website is a little hard to read, but I found it. Quote
