okbeast Posted July 14, 2008 Report Posted July 14, 2008 I got a really good deal on an ASV and put it on the cub this past weekend. I was a little skeptical because for some reason there is no free play in the lever and the clutch arm in the cases. The clutch seems to let out in the last 1/3 of the release of the lever. I put probably 7-8 passes on it this weekend and it did fine. I'm gonna drain the oil and tear into it and put a pancake bearing in and do some re-adjustment, I was just wondering if you are SUPPOSE to have free play in the lever, and would the best way to do this be with the adjustment in the clutch, then adjust the handle accordingly?
