skyline_898 Posted July 5, 2008 Report Posted July 5, 2008 Running fmf SST pipes and a twin air filter and I'm about 500 ft above sea level. Need help with jet sizes please don't have too much money to drop on jets so don't really wanna buy extra. Thanks in advance. Quote
skyline_898 Posted July 5, 2008 Author Report Posted July 5, 2008 anybody? Also I am running with no snorkel and its ~ 75 degrees outside. Quote
mopar1rules Posted July 5, 2008 Report Posted July 5, 2008 try 260 mains, stock needles in stock position, stock pilots for now, and just play w/air screws. if the low end is lean, get some 27.5 pilots, and play w/air screws again. i would think the 260's will be fine for you. i don't think you will be having to go up as high as 280 mains. dajogejr Posted July 7, 2008 Report Posted July 7, 2008 Need more info on the air box. No snorkel, got it. Does this mean you still have the lid? Any holes in the air box or lid (vents) What temps do you ride in? If you have a lid with no vents, 250 to 260 should be about right on the main, stock pilots should work fine. Quote
