Another jetting Q

Hi all I live in the UK at a height above sea level of about 100ft or so. Average temp when riding is 80 is degrees. My engine is basically half a banshee pushing out around 30+ bhp at the rear wheel. I have both 33 and 35 PWK carbs that I want to try on her. Can anyone give me some idea as to where to start with fueling etc please? My engine runs foam pod filter, highly ported, 6.6:1 CR, well designed exhaust and peaks at 9500rpm.

depending upon your porting, id say start with a 160 or 155 main and needles on the middle

clip and air screws 2 turns out.

Well I have a DGK 3rd clip, 160main, 42 pilot, 6 slide

Bike sounds like a gattling gun between 1/8 & 1/4 throttle

Bike surges between 1/4 and 1/2 throttle

Any advice on what I need to do here would be nice.
