635 t-rex 14mill jetting

I just signed up so I could maybe get some help with my new build, I was running a K&T 7mill and went to a 635 t-rex 14mill. I slapped my carbs on there knowing the jetting was not going to be right and would have to dick with it, the bike will not idle, my pilot jet is way to small, I'm running 38mm pwk carbs, can anyone get me close on the pilot and main I might be loking at putting in, I race at 2000ft. thanklx Brian

your jetting should be around 150-160 mains, 45-50 pilot, not sure which needle maybe CEL?, 2.5 turns

 

that should get you to at least a point that it will idle.... just keep inmind those are going to probly be a bit lean for that size motor, so dont go crazy on it.
