ThrowinRoost89 Posted June 20, 2008 Report Posted June 20, 2008 i was at a local mx track, and i noticed the vents on the carbs were leaking. it musta been leaking pretty good, it washed the dirt off that area of the frame. and the overflow looks wet also but the bike does not leak while sitting.... 34mm pj's anyone???? sredish Posted June 20, 2008 Report Posted June 20, 2008 not sure, you could just try to tweak it down a smidge... or call carbparts.com and they should be able to tell you. Quote
ThrowinRoost89 Posted June 20, 2008 Author Report Posted June 20, 2008 also, if it was the floats, wouldnt it be leaking gas when its sitting in my barn? i dont shut the fuel off Quote
sredish Posted June 20, 2008 Report Posted June 20, 2008 the bouncing around of the gas in the float bowl is what's causing it to come out... when you stop, it stops bouncing and no overflow. it's just overflowing from moving around. a slight adjustment will probably take care of it. Quote
