looking for a rolling chassis or project bike

I am looking for a rolling chassis or a bike that is not complete maybe with a motor without carbs and pipes and no plastics. Just kind of window shopping as of right now for my buddy. prefer an 2000 or newer but an older one might due as long as its a a arm frame.
