sheefreak Posted May 20, 2008 Report Posted May 20, 2008 Stock. Are the splines on your axle shot? Quote
bansheeqc Posted May 20, 2008 Author Report Posted May 20, 2008 NO, my axle splines are okay... i actually check for a aftermarket hub or a JJ&A aluminium drag axle Quote
bansheeqc Posted May 20, 2008 Author Report Posted May 20, 2008 What powerplant you running a 59mill tornado on MTBE no a turbocharged 24 mill Quote
okbeast Posted May 20, 2008 Report Posted May 20, 2008 Do you have pics of it after it twisted? The splines would have to be junk for it to twist. Quote

bansheeqc Posted May 21, 2008 Author Report Posted May 21, 2008 What kind of motor...really? it's just a little 4mill Quote
FireHead Posted May 21, 2008 Report Posted May 21, 2008 What kind of motor...really? I smell BS.............. There is no way even a really high output engine physically deformed the sprocket hub without damaging the splines or sprocket................ Unless someone was heating the hub up to about 2400 degrees F while they were riding. :ermm: Quote
dajogejr Posted May 21, 2008 Report Posted May 21, 2008 If the alignment is WAY out of whack, the sprocket and/or hub wasn't properly tightened or was worn, that's the only way I see it. Otherwise, any drag axle and their hub will be fine.... Quote
bansheeqc Posted May 21, 2008 Author Report Posted May 21, 2008 No BS firehead, I dont think it's because the output of my engine..lol In the topic, i said it's maybe a problem of swing arm alignment or a problem of hub. I order a lonestar spocket hub and i think it's better than the stock one Quote

I had a chain derail and take out my $200 LSR sprocket hub.. its not cool! bent 2 fingers on it. Quote
bansheeqc Posted May 21, 2008 Author Report Posted May 21, 2008 thank fouledout421, I'll check everythink before strat again Quote
FireHead Posted May 29, 2008 Report Posted May 29, 2008 I order a lonestar spocket hub and i think it's better than the stock one As an FYI, unless you need the bling, the OEM hubs will outlast the LSR hubs. IMO the billet hubs aren't worth the money and they get tore up in the sand. :geek: Quote
