installing an adj. timining pate and wanted to know if i advance the timing am i going to have to change my jetting? if so do i want to go up or down in jet sizes

yes, any change to intake or exhaust requires a plug check. if your jetting is spot on @ zero timing. chances are @ + 4 will be close. better safe than sorry. more timing = more heat.
