I cant anwser all your question, but I know when I did my tors removal if I screwed the caps all the way down really tight the throttle would stick everytime. So now I just do it finger tight and then use the locking tabs to keep them in place. Works perfect.

also, it took me awhile to get all the slack in the cable adjusted correctly. You have to have just the right amount of turns in the idle screw as well as have the cable inlet screws the exact same. It will eventually idle nice you just have to have everything in balance.

tx the response. ya i did notice it was worst with that caps being to tight that's fucked imo.... it idles fine .. but i still fine that my idle screws are to short???? .. everything was fine until i played with the cable slack on the tops.. is there supaused to have that much slak in those cables??

anyways first thing il doo is take a 1" drill bit machine down that ilde screw piece about 1/8" smooth it back level and re tap if needed.. but still have my dought on the cable

first learn how to type or half ass spell shit your jibberish shit is hard to understand and help you.

while the slides are out take some emery paper and light scrap the bottom of the slides ive seen some stock ones with lil burrs and would snag a bit and stick.

make sure the cut aways on teh slides are sticking towards the filter.

then put the tops on tighten them snuggly then you need to sync the carbs up.

there is avideo i did to help you do that in the video section.

then adjust the free play at the throttle housing.
