you can get a crank for like 400 then you should have it rwelded. plus look at changing the PTO side bearing to a maxload another 45

 

you can get a used head or even a new head for less then that. look at the Chariot heads, they are nice and only like 150 i think.

 

pistons you can get for like 120.

 

I am more of a fan of PWK's over Mikuni's

how is the quality on that head? what domes do i run? which carb is cheaper? what is a pancake bearing?
