Mine had kinda the same problem, I tried everything from jetting to big bore pipes. It turned out to be a weak ignition coil, bike never lost spark and never fouled plugs. so I was'nt thinking electrical. So I finaly tried a coil of my friends bike and it ran great. good luck. hope you figure it out.

Pull the reeds off and check them for gaps or burnt pedals. If it only does it when it warms up and been riding for a while, it's the CDI, Coil or stator.

Electrical problems usually rear their ugly head when things heat up.

For giggles, replace the stock plug caps with NGK ones. They are a few bucks each, factory coils usually don't go bad...but the stock plug caps are junk.

Get a Nology w/ Hotwires if you go aftermarket. They are flat out a great coil.
