help with 28mm PWK's

Getting ready to assemble my '08 "build" and this will be my first time messing with the PWK's I got over the winter.

 

I need to know where to start with my jetting and what is the float height supposed to be?

 

Here are my mods...

 

Flotek trail port (the only thing I'm waiting for... :sad: )

Wiesco Pistons

Noss Head - 20 cc domes

VF3 reeds

Boss Racing intake

Toomey T6 pipes

Toomey 2-1 filter kit

and forgot to mention timing plate @ +4 and my elevation is 705 ft above sea level.

Not tring to be a smartazz but, have you tried asking the guy

porting your cylinders for his reccomended jetting? :shrug:

Start with 155 mains, 50 pilots...middle clip on the needle. Should be safely rich, unless Flotek requires extra or less fuel that is unique to him.

155 / 50 is what was installed when I got them so I'll try it out. I'll also ask Denny his suggestion when he lets me know my cylinders are being shipped.

 

Also, anybody know what the float height is supposed to be. I think I read it's supposed to be 19mm but I've drank since then!

I flip them upside down and make sure they're level.
