what are stock carbs worth?

a guy who lives nearr me wants to buy my stock carb set up with tors. about 40 hrs on the set up, no problems in great condition. i dont need them any more because i run a 2 into 1. he asked me how much money for them but i have no idea what there worth? anybody know?
