i know the pipes are some what similar BUT what is the difference i know the bastards the header section is a bit longer compared to the shearers.

 

 

also pvl vs cdi would that effect jetting im leaning not but got to clear up some wierd shit.

 

 

basically got 2 motors that are twins but one has bastard, pvl and a bit more compression, while other has shearers, stock cdi and lil less compression.

 

run the same jetting and one is beyond lean in the mid range compared to the other. talking needing a powerjet on gas lean. same carb same needles same everything.

 

and thats the only difference between the motors.

 

both are air leak tested. all the basis have been covered.

 

 

 

trying to figure some stuff out and wandered if anyone has sit down and looked at the pipes and ignitions system and compared.
