Keyser Soze Posted April 25, 2008 Report Posted April 25, 2008 Ive been to busy fixing this Banshee then to acutally try to figure out what exactly it is. I bought it from a guy for 1000.00 the guy had it given to him and didnt know anything about it. He told me it has boeysen reeds, toomey t-5 exhaust, some type of porting and polishing, 38mm carbs, and some type of big bore kit. I just got the mic to measure the bore and was wondering if there were any type of torque specs for the head bolts? I figured the guy was full of crap about the big bore kit and the porting but I did measure the carbs and they are 38mm I can also say it dosnt run rich. It must have something to be using that much fuel? My buddie is a better rider and he was pulling on some 450's with it. Anyways anyone know if there are torque specs? Anyone know what such a banshee would be worth? Quote
sinisterboo Posted April 25, 2008 Report Posted April 25, 2008 I can tell you that those arent T5 pipes, maybe some old T3's or T4's? Quote

RollinRhino Posted April 26, 2008 Report Posted April 26, 2008 How can I tell what type they are? One way would be to do a google search on Toomey's pipes. Quote
ClimbAnyHill Posted April 27, 2008 Report Posted April 27, 2008 Looks like a Bill's pipe to me. Quote

It looks like you got a pretty good deal, thats a clean looking bike. Im not sure how much it would be worth, but im guessing much more than $1000. Quote
