I believe that it is off of a 96 but I think that Yamaha didn't switch designs on these until 97. Let me know if I am accurate on that. I believe that it did come off of a running bike. If I can find it, I will sell it for $50.00 plus shipping. And if it dont work, you would be able to send it back for full refund. Thanks, David I will let you know if I can find it. Quote
