cascade clutch bearing / adjustment

I got my cascade clutch adjustment / bearing today and need to know how to properly adjust it.

 

I was kinda surprised they dont send any instructions with it.

 

Don't want to fry a brand new clutch! Help!

 

FYI - tried to do a search but just kept getting a server error.

you adjust it the exact same way you do the stock adjuster. the only differance is the bearing will allow it to spin so the ball and rod dont weld together.
