ThE_BaNsHeE_mAn88 Posted April 11, 2008 Report Share Posted April 11, 2008 im looking into buying a 2into 1 intake but i dont know what else i will have to get to make it work. its it pretty easy/cheap like do i only have to buy a new throttle cable and new air filter?any thing will help. endofitall9 Posted April 11, 2008 Report Share Posted April 11, 2008 if you buy the kit you wont need anything.....I used to run the 2 into 1 with my pt mids and i hated that combo. I spent tons of money on jets and needles trying to get it to run like my dual carbs (throttle response & lowend) I never could get it to have as much low as my stockers did...or the throttle response IMO if I were you I would get some dual 28's to go with the pt mids I just dont think they like the 2 into carb that much............ njbanshee Posted April 11, 2008 Report Share Posted April 11, 2008 A friend of mine had to single carb with some t-5's and it had awsome throttle responce. It was much easier on the thunb too.
