new motor..where to start

Thanks for any ideas, motor just new. 28mm pwk, 4mm stroker, long rod, 65mm pistons. No air box lid, k&n filter, cool head, 21cc domes, pro circuit exhaust, ported, intake spacers, pro flow filter adapter, boysen reeds. Altitude- sea level to 1600ft, temps average around 60 degrees f. Im a newbie to the forum and just lookin for a startin point as this is a new combination for me.....thanks
