Hi everyone this is my first post and I hope i can get some help with this question.

I have a 06' shee with a 4" extended swingarm, the rear shock needs rebuilt due to a wreck I had, I was wondering what are some good upgrades to do and how should I set up the shock? Also I was wondering if you need to set the shock up differently since the swingarm is extended. I weigh 195lbs should I set the shock up for a heavier setting due to the increased leverage from the swingarm? Any help would be much appreciated, the local shops can't help me out and an aftermarket shock is out of my budget right now. Thanks Josh
