shudakeptquiet
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...AAQ:MOTORS:1123 Asked the seller if his kit included the idle screws, this is what he said: "No this is the TORS removal kit. You do not need the idle kit with this. I actually do not recommend the idle kit. I do not like drilling the carbs and putting screws that can come loose and lean out your bike. With this kit you can adjust the idle with the screws in the caps" I've never heard of a tors removal that did not require drill and tapping, have you??
Twistedtrik
UMMMM my idle screws have nuts on them to keep this from happening. I think the seller may be a tool, but not sure yet.
bansheemxkris
Went i put my TORS removal kit on i never drilled and put the idle kit in. It seems to run/idle fine. I will probably put it in one day.
dajogejr
Do it right, get the kit with the idle screws....or hell, get better carbs, some 28PWKs...LOL. You need to have some slack in the cable. The adjusters on top of the carb caps are used to sync the slides. If you're in a pinch, you can use them to set idle, but it's a PITA. Do it right, get the screws. That guy on ebay is a tool. The stock carb tops need to be snugged on by hand, then use the supplied L bracket and hold down screw to anchor it...THAT'S WHAT IT'S FOR....that ebay dude is a schmuck.
