Twist, turn, twist, turn. I know when I put my pipes back on after a top end rebuild I adjusted the radiator hose a little to accomodate the pipes. I had no coolant in the bike at the time, but it was a breeze to do. You may be able to loosen the hose clamps and turn the hose to gain some much needed room w/o loosing coolant. Hopefully this helps and gets you up and running..

I just put a set of those on my banshee the day before. the shifter side (L) was easy, the rear brake side ® was a little trouble. there is a small tab on the lower chassis that hits the bottom of the header.

I had to totally remove the exhaust hanger and carefully wiggle and walk it into place to aviod the little bracket on the bottom. I never noticed any hoses rubbing the headers, but I'll check. when I put the rear silencers on, that was a bitch. the actuall bends on the headers are off a bit. The instructions say to leave everything loose but I had to tighten the headers so they wouldn't move to slide the rears on. the left side wasn't bad but again the right side sucked. I had to get it started by hand first then grab my small rubber hammer and tap the silencer outlet to get it to slide into place. then when it was easy when it started to go into place . about 1/4 to 1/2 way is where it didn't want to go on. after that mark, it was easy. I don't know why, but that was my experience.
