Clymers manual....

Basically have to remove the right side cover (foot peg, kick start, etc. just to get to it.)

Drain the fluid, radiator...etc.

A clymers manual will not only have detailed instructions, but torque specs and pictures as well.

If you don't have manual, just take the clutch apart and assemble it exactly the same. With the oem clutch the steel plates have tabs that have to be spread out from each other, not sure exactly how much, though. (e.g. line a tab up at 12:00, 2:00, 4:00...etc).

Also...don't overtighten the clutch bolts...and most importantly don't forget to line up the clutch actuator on the case with the arrow on the case. If you don't know what that means, we'll explain it when you get that far in the installation.

Yes...DO NOT overtighten the 6 hold down bolts. 7.5 ft. lbs, yes...7 and a half, is all you need. They will snap off much tighter than that.

You rotate the tabs on the 3's. So, 12 o clock, 3...6, etc.

Then dont forget to adjust your clutch while apart. Ford type aft fluid is what I run in the trans. It's really very simple to do yourself without a book.
