Buddy of mine just bought the 2 into 1 setup going to be throwing the motor together this weekend. We just need a rough starting point. Motor mods are agressive dune port 39 pwk 2 into 1 carb + 4 timing his pipes are going to kill him but he has dmc's. elevation is about 3,000 temp 50-75 right now.

I'm a little confused as to what exact riding he's trying to set this up for, he has some contradictory mods here. Also, a 39 seems very eccessive for a stock stroke/cylinder bike. imo

Exactly what I told him, it makes no sence to me to put a 2 into 1 on a ported motor. He also needs reeds and pipes, theres is a slight budget issue though. I also agree that a 39 is excessive. I dont think it will ever run like it should.

I'm sorry, but I doubt anyone will have a starting point for him because Ive never heard of anyone running a combo like that. What do I know though, may run like a stripped ass ape.

39 pwk is at least 4mm's too big. Anyway 195 main jet, eej needle, center clip position, 45 pilot jet, 1.5 turns out on the air screw. That is a Starting point.
