j-palls Posted February 11, 2008 Report Posted February 11, 2008 I have some friends that own Shees that i have put alot of time on but I am new to owning a Banshee myself. Now that I finally have one of my own I get to finally work on it myself instead of having it set up and just jumping on. I would like some advice on where a good setting to start with jetting for the area I will be riding. I mostly ride at Pismo and the Oregon Dunes. Which is basically 0-500 or so from sea level. I have a '06 shee with the following mods so far. Toomey T-6s, Vforce3 Reeds, K&N air filters that connect right to the carb with no air box, and TORS elimination kit. Other than that it is completely stock. Well besides the plastics I put on that my friend gave me. But that obviously doesn't make it faster. HAHA Any advice on where a good starting setting would be great. I am also new to this forum and look forward to gaining as much knowledge as I can from all of you that know these rocket ships much better than me. Well thanks in advance for your knowledge and advice. Quote
trapp350 Posted February 12, 2008 Report Posted February 12, 2008 Never had T-6s but if it was me I would start with 320 mains 27.5 pilots and do some plug checks and work from there Quote

I will start with that. I just need to order the pilot and hopefully I will be on the right track. Thanks for helping this rookie out. Hopefully soon I will have all of this down. Quote
