shanYE west Posted February 8, 2008 Report Posted February 8, 2008 Alot of times with them older bikes that sat awhile like to have electrical problems. Sometimes they can be exspensive to fix.. other times its as simple as cleaning the carbs out and a oil change. Its a gamble. Quote

87_shee Posted February 8, 2008 Report Posted February 8, 2008 Trust me , Its not always the harness that causes electrical problems, Its usually all the things that attach to the harness like the CDI-coils-stator, stuff like that. My buddy buys old bikes like that all the time and like said above, Its usually a gamble. Quote
