Alot of times with them older bikes that sat awhile like to have electrical problems. Sometimes they can be exspensive to fix.. other times its as simple as cleaning the carbs out and a oil change. Its a gamble.

it would be a slow project no hurry just something to work on here and their ...seems like it would be a nice little bike to have....and electrical im not worried bout it..my friends a electrician he could make me a new wiring harness for it in no time

Trust me , Its not always the harness that causes electrical problems, Its usually all the things that attach to the harness like the CDI-coils-stator, stuff like that. My buddy buys old bikes like that all the time and like said above, Its usually a gamble.
