I have access to three vert mills with lots of tooling, a South Bend toolroom lathe, and two larger hendey engine lathes. Got a surface grinder, but that's not setup for alum, plus band saws and other support type machines. How does 6061 bar sound for you?

I would check out baldwin motorsports and janssen racing. They make awesome looking hubs. Im not sure if they make them for the banshee though.

6061, 7075, or 2024, will be fine. Since you have access to all manual machines, I will make sure I take it easy on the compound curves when I design the caps.

The Janssen hubs are made by Hradkor and Baldwin does not mate a set for a Banshee.

yeah, I didnt think so. The new style Baldwin ones look kinda ugly anyways. But I think the rear janssen/hardkor looks the best. The finish on those things looks awesome. I got a set on my YFZ and love them.

I am going to buy a set of Harkor hubs and get some different caps made.
