On all of my bikes I run the overflow line from the radiator down one of the frame rails and let it hang a couple inches below the bike. The degassing line I just run from the head straight up to the radiator like the stock setup. I combine all my carb and engine breathers below the bike with a ziptie and combine into larger diameter tubing and run out back along the swinger. Any drips go out the back. Methanol isn't too kind to any kinda paint or PC. Chrome is about the only thing I've fond that doesn't get upset by methanol. lol

I may have had a brain fart about that degassing line...........I'll have to see where I ran it on my red bike. I am trying to run as few lines as possible, but for the carbs, I will definitely be running their vents out the back due to the methanol issue you mentioned. :thanks:

My cases are powdercoated, and I've dumped plenty of meth on them, via removing the carbs or even using the quick disconnect to purge, my cases still look shiny and fine (once I wipe the dust away...) and my PC is a year old now...

Anywho... I run my radiator overflow down the frame with zip ties, a few inches below the frame...

I guess I didn't powder coat the inside of my cases. That must be my problem.
